ALL LEVELS are welcome. You can get a good workout while stretching, strengthening, and balancing your body, or you can modify as needed for an easier practice. This class will warm you up leaving you charged with energy yet relaxed. Where to meet - On The Beach at Lifeguard Tower 26 off of Ocean Park Blvd Things to bring - Yoga Mat or Blanket/Towel, Water, Warm Sweater, Good Energy Looking Forward To Seeing You. Namaste
