Are you new to sports, interested in learning volleyball, or looking to improve your current skills? This is your chance! Volleyball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the DMV, and this program is designed to help players of all experience levels build their skills and confidence. Over the course of a 6-week program, the host will teach fundamental volleyball skills and techniques to help you become a better, more confident player. Whether you're completely new to the sport or looking to improve your game, come learn, practice, and have fun!

Week 1: Underhand Serve, Basics, Rules, and Defensive Positions Week 2: Receive/Passing Week 3: Overhand Serve, Set, Set, Set Week 4: Spiking/Blocking/Testing Day! Week 5: Beginners Tournament Week 6: Trip to the beach to play Beach Volleyball
