Chicago Reviving Threads Vintage Styling Workshop
About the event
Whether you have a closet full of vintage finds that you are not quite sure how to style or you are just beginning to explore the world of pre-loved fashion, this workshop is designed to help you make your pieces feel fresh and wearable for today. We will spend the afternoon looking at different ways to layer, accessorize, and mix decades to create looks that feel personal rather than like a costume. It is a relaxed space to share tips, troubleshoot those tricky items that never seem to leave the hanger, and learn from one another.
This event is for anyone in The Classic Threads Vintage Style Collective who wants to get more mileage out of their collection and connect with fellow enthusiasts in the city. You do not need to be a fashion expert to join us, just bring a few items you are struggling to style and an open mind. We are keeping the group small so we can really dive into the details and work through some outfit combinations together.
