Gibsons and Roberts Creek Full Day: Park Trails, Waterfall, Waterfront Walk, Village Exploration

A full day of wonderful varied activities: • Nature walk at Cliff Gilker Park in Roberts Creek. We go straight there by BC Transit bus from Langdale ferry terminal. There are streams and waterfalls. Fairly flat and easy walking, you choose how far, say 3km to 6km. • Oceanfront stroll all along the bay and lowest level of Gibsons village. Very scenic, quirky houses, funky stores and parks, cafes, marina, beaches, coves etc. • Check out Gibsons village proper, famous as home of the Beachcombers TV show, browse stores, choose cafe or bistro for lattes, snacks, late lunch or drinks. INFORMATION ON TIMES etc. 1. BUS. 8.35am Express bus 257 leaves Cambie & Dunsmuir at 8.35am so meet at Beatty Street exit of Chinatown station at 8.25am. Takes 40 minutes. 2. FERRY OUTGOING 9.50am. Ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale. Takes 40 minutes. Fare $15 return except free over 65s. Bring BC Identification 3. FERRY RETURN. 5.55pm Ferry from Langdale to Horseshoe 40 minutes. 4.
