About the event

A free, bodyweight HIIT training session hosted by WILDER Training Club, held at Fort Canning next to Tiong Bahru Bakery. The workout is led by Coach Shuqi of CrossFit Kampung and is open to all levels, including first-timers. Check-in is at 7:15am, with the session running from 7:30am to 8:15am. Registration is required, and participants should bring a mat or towel and a water bottle.
