Come and join me with our sister group - Seattle Green Lake Running Group where I host the weekly Saturday 9am Mid-Morning Run. This run meets year round in the "Bathhouse" Seattle Public Theater Parking Lot! (What3 Words app = wicked.hops.urban) We'll have routes from 3-13 miles to join in on.
You can comment here to let me know if you have questions/issues but routes, distances and paces and other participant comments will all be on the SGLRGs event page.
The Seattle Green Lake Running Group has runs every day of the week and all different types for anything that you can want... track (AM and PM), trail, no drop, fartlek, after work runs (with some social/dinner time after), stairs, long runs on Saturday, even an easy (with a bistro treat once a month on Sunday) -- Check out all they have to offer out in their own meetup group @ https://www.meetup.com/Seattle-Greenlake-Running-Group/
