As organizations race to adopt copilots, agents and increasingly autonomous AI systems, we'll explore questions such as:
• Capability vs. desirability: Just because AI *can* perform a task, should we delegate it?
• Human judgment: Which decisions require human accountability even when AI may make them faster—or perhaps even better?
• Expertise: If AI gives everyone access to expert-level information, what happens to the value of experience?
• Adoption: Should successful AI adoption really be measured by how much people use AI?
• Meaning: If technology removes more cognitive labor from our jobs, does work become better—or simply less human?
And perhaps the biggest question:
When AI can increasingly do the work, what are humans for?
We'll start with introductions and a few provocations, then let the conversation go where the room takes it.
