About the event

Get to know the famous and widely acclaimed 18th-century Swedish poet Carl Michael Bellman (1740 – 1795). Explore his origin and life in and around Stockholm and listen to his masterpieces about the poverty-stricken street characters from his song collection “Fredman’s Epistles”. A walking minstrel tour along the narrow alleys of the Stockholm Old Town. Hear also some Stockholm history and enjoy Bellman's time typical songs at locations where their stories happened.
