👋 Hey, what's going on guys! Welcome to The Night Shift of Fun! This Halloween we're going back to Haddonfield for an all-night journey through the Original Halloween Timeline, following Michael Myers from The Night He Came Home through the increasingly strange and convolute sequels that took The Shape all the way to the [Curse of Thorn](https://evil.fandom.com/wiki/Curse_of_Thorn).

If you're a Halloween virgin, then here's what you need to know. The Original Haddonfield Timeline consists of [Halloween (1978)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NrREGTS-Ws), [Halloween II](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg_NVNvq9wI), [Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27PbiWvVyUA), [Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myres](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilHM_qpy-zM) and [Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLb6eufH_7o).

As a bonus chapter, we'll also be watching the weird middle child, [Halloween III: Season of the Witch](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBKOP5MSmJA). It may have absolutely nothing to do with Michael Myers, but it's an effing cult classic, and Silver Shamrock deserves its moment.☘️

And before you ask: this marathon does not include [Halloween H20](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmvTLN0OoNI), which is part of the Revenge of Laurie Strode timeline, any of the [Rob Zombie remake movies](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75CFtwn1CEU), or the [David Gordon Green trilogy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQ-3we7p3rc), as they all belong to completely different timelines. Yes, the Halloween universe is bloody complicated, but that's half the bloody fun!

🎃 The Meetup: We'll meet at Joshua's Tavern at The Londoner at 9:00 pm where we'll take deep dive into the [History of Michael Myers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQ-3we7p3rc) (spoiler-free). Feel free to bring out your scariest or quirkiest Halloween costume!

Then at around 10:00 pm, we'll head over to the legendary Prince Charles Cinema, where the marathon will be playing on both screens, one starting at 10:15 pm and the other at 10:45 pm. We've chosen the front row of Screen 2, but feel free to choose whichever screen you prefer, as we'll regroup during the breaks to score the films and share our thoughts. You’ll also find the full ticket information, cinema address and map down below, so you won’t get lost.

After the marathon, if you survive, that is, we'll regroup for one final gallop for coffee, a group pic and some final thoughts before heading home to safety. *Then finally, you will come to realise that what is living behind those eyes is purely and simply... EVIL!*
