
Writing for Tabletop Role-playing Games
About the event
Start writing your own tabletop role-playing game! Whether you’re dreaming of writing your own campaign or looking to learn a new style of writing, this workshop will give you the tools to get started. After learning a few TTRPG basics and some game design theory, you’ll create your own tabletop roleplaying adventure module and design roleplaying scenes that are immersive, fun and challenging for your players. No prior gaming experience required; all ages welcome! *** This program is supported by the Friends of The Vancouver Public Library, a community of library lovers who volunteer, fundraise, and advocate i n support of the Vancouver Public Library. The Friends also operate book’mark, The Library Store, on the main level of Central Branch of the Vancouver Public Library. *** Accessibility: VPL is committed to making our programs accessible for all. There will be designated spaces for wheelchairs and patrons with mobility devices. Quiet Tables are available for patrons who would prefer to enjoy the class without talking to others.
