Restore with Mason Gray
About the event
RESTORE is a somatic movement practice developed and facilitated by Mason Rose Gray. By design, RESTORE is a slow, meditative, and healthful movement-meets-meditation practice that targets nervous system down regulation. Dynamic and functional movement warm the body before longer held postures and deep unwinding. RESTORE utilizes a blend of mediums including grounding, breathwork, yoga, and functional movement. This practice investigates intuition, pace, presence, proprioception, physical and energetic release. RESTORE is fundamentally self-honoring and accessible for all bodies and levels of movement experience. For the Fall 2026 series, RESTORE takes place the second Friday evening each month, for the months of September, October, and November. Stay tuned for future programming.
