Whimsical & Waste-Free: A Mindful Journaling Workshop
About the event
Join me for a slow, hands-on spring afternoon exploring mindful journaling, the kind that turns a blank page from something intimidating into something fun. We'll be working with paper offcuts, recycled bits and pieces, and eco-friendly ephemera to build whimsical journal layouts you'll actually want to look back on. If you've ever stared at a blank journal page and closed it again without writing a thing, this one's for you. No previous art experience needed, just come as you are. What We Will Explore: Beginner-Friendly Doodles: Simple hand-doodling techniques anyone can pick up, think little tulips, daisies, and budding branches Washi Tape Layering: Foolproof ways to layer tape and texture so your page looks finished, no design experience needed Guided Prompt Cards: Easy-to-follow prompts to help you fill the page and build a little sustainable memory log of your own What’s Included? Your ticket includes a curated Journaling Kit to use during the session and a few things to keep: A Journal: A fresh travel-size notebook to start your journaling journey.
