It's a great way to meet the AVA community! **🧘♀️ About our instructor:** Meet Barbara, a seasoned pro who has been leading group fitness for over 25 years and sharing her love for yoga for the last five! For Barbara, the practice is a beautiful inner journey that combines mindful movement with breathwork, meditation, and a heart for service. When she isn’t on the mat, you might find this former competitive triathlete channeling her energy into intricate rock painting or tending to her lush natural gardens.
