About the Programme
Every business challenge starts with a customer who isn't fully understood, and stalls with a strategy no one was ever taught to build. Empathy to Execution (Part 1 of 2) is a focused, strategy lab designed exclusively for business leaders with disabilities who lead from their place of empowered ability. In one working session, participants trade theory for tools: three globally-used strategy frameworks, applied directly to a real business challenge they bring with them, so they leave not with notes, but with a working first draft of where their business goes next.
Participants are encouraged to register for Part 2 of the workshop, which will take place on 19 September, 2pm–5pm. Part 2 is the culmination of the strategy lab, where participants will present the business ideas and strategic roadmaps they developed in Part 1. Registration for Part 2 is required separately at Empathy to Execution: A Strategy Workshop for Business Leaders with Disabilities (Part 2 of 2) - GoLibrary - National Library Board of Singapore.
