Firehall Book Club

Do you love reading and want to share your thoughts and opinions with like-minded folks? Join the Firehall Branch Book Club! Every month we read a book and meet to engage in lively discussions of popular fiction and non-fiction! Meetings will take place one Tuesday of the month from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Dates and Titles: Tuesday, September 8th: Tilly and the Crazy Eights by Monique Gray Smith This title can be picked up between Tuesday, August 11th - Tuesday, September 1st Tuesday, October 13th: The Guest by Emma Cline This title can be picked up between Tuesday, September 8th - Tuesday, October 6th Tuesday, November 10th: Moccasin Square Gardens by Richard Van Camp This title can be picked up between Tuesday, October 13th - Tuesday, November 3rd As we use special Book Club sets with a limited number of copies, registration is required and space is limited. We often have a long waitlist, so we kindly ask that you only register if you’re able to attend and pick up your book within the scheduled timeframe. If your plans change and you’re unable to participate, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. If books are not picked up at least one week before the discussion date, the registration may be released to another reader.
