Hi everyone! Let’s catch the last rays of summer! ☀️We’ve planned a chill afternoon of hiking and BBQ. Come hang out, play some games, and watch the sunset with us! 😀
2:30 PM ｜ Meet up at Tim Hortons 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM ｜ Hike up to Beaver Lake 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM ｜ BBQ Party by the lake! 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM ｜Option 1: Stay at the park to relax, play games, and watch a gorgeous sunset. 🌅Option 2: Head back down the hill.
💰Food & Cost: To keep things simple, we will buy all the BBQ ingredients and basic drinking water together once we have the final headcount. The total cost will be split equally among everyone based on the final receipt. 📌Please note: If you want alcohol or any specific sodas/drinks, please bring your own. 🍹
What to bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, and a light jacket (it can get chilly after sunset!).
Feel free to bring outdoor games, sports balls, frisbees, board games, picnic blankets, or folding chairs to make the hangout even more fun! 😀
