Hey guys! 👋
I’m planning a nice walk from Heiligendstadt all the way up to Leopoldsberg. Super chill vibes, perfect for catching up, getting some fresh air, and just unplugging for a bit while we clock some kilometers. The best part? You absolutely do not have to do the whole thing. If you only want to vibe with us for a bit, you can dip whenever you want:
*Exits* 🚉 Heiligendstadt – 0 km 🚉 Nußdorf – 2 km 🚉 Wien Kahlenbergerdorf (BUS) – 4 km 🚉 Leopoldsberg (BUS) – 5 km (but with \~300m altitude gain)
And then all the way back with the same stops. It's totally up to you how far you want to push it.

*Details*
⏱️ Time: Expect it to take around 3 hours and a half. 📏 Distance: up to 10 km (if you do the whole walk) ⛰️ Elevation: less than 400m gain. 🟢 Difficulty: Easy 🚶 Pace: Comfortable and social (around 3.8-4.5 km/h for the flat section, then slower for the hill). 🏕️ Stops: Because it is a short walk we will make only one stop when reaching Leopoldsberg (the stop will be 20 mins)
*Group Pace Disclaimer (The Serious-ish Part)*
If you decide to sprint ahead and leave the group behind, I’m gonna assume you’ve started a new life living among the Danube swans, cyclists, and people who power-walk in jeans. You speed, you’re on your own! 🫡 If you feel bad at any point of the walk please inform the rest of the group and feel free to leave (we are not competing to see who can suffer more silently).
⚠️ I'll drop a weather update on Thursday morning. The event might be cancelled if it is raining strong / thunderstorm. 💧 There will be some water sources in the path but I still recommend you to bring at least 1.5L.
