More Massage Basics
About the event
Enhance Your Massage Skills and Build Community
A 3-hour training for men wanting to learn and practice some basic Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques along with all-important body mechanics. This will add to your massage toolbox while giving you a space to explore touch in community with other men.
Prerequisites: None. We assume you have little or no massage training.
In this class, you will learn how to massage one area of the body (e.g. back, front of legs, glutes, etc.) Each month, the featured body area will change so that if you attend a series of monthly classes, you’ll learn how to massage the whole body.

This month, we’ll be teaching you Back of Legs
For your reference, here is the order in which we teach the body areas.
We’ll teach one of these areas per month in this order. Once we go through the entire list, we’ll start all over again from the top:
• Back, • Glutes, • Back of Legs • Back of Arms • Front of Legs • Front of Arms • Neck
