Sunday Beach HIIT Circuit
About the event
Our Sunday workout is jam packed with fun workout gear, high energy music and some team shenanigans! 60 minutes for this one, we use kettlebells, slam balls, soft boxes, hurdles and more fun gear on the sand!

Our workouts are FREE to attend with an optional donation to support our work. Most attendees opt to support our work monthly by purchasing a membership to our community which includes social events, health and wellness seminars and support, community events and more!
