Access Bazaar

About the Event Join us at the Access Bazaar booths, happening from 10am to 3.30pm at Level 1, Punggol Library. This bazaar showcases a diverse range of handmade and creative items crafted by Persons with Disabilities who will also be present at the booths. By participating, you’ll be supporting their talents, livelihoods, and the meaningful work behind each product. This bazaar on 6 September is made possible through the collaboration of partners from The Shy Crafter, Beadbybead, byJacob, One Clumsy Hand and A Gift of LOVE-Tevy'En 恩. About The Shy Crafter: Founded by Singapore-based polymer clay artist and autism advocate Shylyn Tan, The Shy Crafter was inspired by her son, Isaac, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. About Beadbybead: Beadbybead is a home-based initiative created by a mother and her daughter with autism, Teo Yue Ting. Together, they create handcrafted items such as quilling accessories, soaps and clay diffusers. About byJacob: Jacob is an artist with special needs who brings his imagination to life through pastel crayons, coloured pens and acrylics into items such as fairy keychains, tea towels, quote stickers and postcards. About One Clumsy Hand: One Clumsy Hand was founded by Li who was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition that affects movement and speech. Resin art and beaded treasures became a powerful outlet for focus and self-expression, proving that limitations can be transformed into beauty. About A Gift of LOVE-Tevy'En 恩: A collaborative handicraft project born from the bond between mother Rachel and her daughter Tevy, who is non-verbal and autistic.
