About Derek Ariss
As the Head of Innovation Education at Innoventiem, Derek Ariss designs and delivers programs that foster adaptability, design thinking, and creative problem-solving.
Currently an Affiliate Faculty Member at Singapore Management University (SMU), Derek teaches Innovation, Adaptability, and Critical Thinking with AI. With a background leading innovation for LendLease and retail operations across Asia, he has spent over seven years teaching teams how to transition from transactional mindsets to becoming trusted advisors.
