What you’ll learn The Science & Soul of Sound Healing — Understand how sound regulates the nervous system, clears stuck energy, and promotes deep wellbeing. Instrument Techniques — Learn how to work with crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks and more — even if you’ve never touched one before. Real-Life Applications — Discover how to weave sound into yoga, meditation, counselling, energy work, or your personal wellbeing practice.
