Attuned: Embodied Manifestation Workshop
About the event
What if you could feel the life you want before you know exactly what it is?
This workshop draws on Tantric Hatha yoga, a tradition that honors the body as a living doorway into expanded awareness.
We pair it with chakra meditation, breathwork, and guided visualization, grounded in what neuroscience understands about memory, imagination, and the nervous system.
Here's what we'll do together:
• We start with breathwork to settle the nervous system, then move through a guided meditation of the seven chakras, giving you direct, felt access to where your own energy moves freely and where it's stuck. • From there, you'll learn to access gratitude and love as physical, felt states, using real memories to locate exactly where those feelings live in your body. • After that we will do a guided meditation into your future life, without thinking about it first! Taking whatever your higher self provides:) It might surprise you! • Then we'll practice calling up that feeling of gratitude on demand, and pairing it with a vivid image of your future life, the one you actually want to create. • We will journal after every meditation. • Your nervous system doesn't fully distinguish between a strongly felt imagined experience and a remembered one. This pairing becomes a rehearsal your body starts to recognize as familiar.
This session is led by a Bioengineer turned Spiritual Mentor, so expect both the ancient roots of the practice and a clear-eyed look at why it works.
We will meet in the park, so please bring comfortable clothes and whatever you need for sitting on the grass, and a journal and pen.
No experience with meditation is required. Come with an open mind and a willingness to feel your way through the next two hours.
