Morning Yoga in Central Park
About the event
Come for a beginner friendly yoga flow Saturday morning. Make sure to bring your mat and a water bottle. Please arrive around 10 minutes early so that we can start right at 11am!

We will meet right behind Le Pain Quotien which is just north of Sheep Meadow. We will not be in the actual meadow. My yoga mat is a multicolored blue mat if you are having trouble finding me. Please text me at 719-425-7665 if you are lost
The class is $5 with PROMO code, but if this poses as a financial barrier to you just reach out and I will reserve a spot for you.
The class is currently limited to 15 people to be mindful of park space but if not all the spots are full feel free to bring a friend.
Optional: morning social time of grabbing coffee or smoothies afterwards! Note: the yoga class will end at 12pm so if you want to join for afterwards social we will go a little longer.
