​Building AI Agents Your Business Can Trust ​Speaker: Anastasiia Stefanska, Lead of Data Team at TUI ​Building an AI agent that performs well during a demonstration is relatively easy. Building one that consistently delivers useful, predictable, and trustworthy results inside a business requires much more careful judgment. ​Drawing on her experience building Cortex Agents, Anastasiia will explain how AI agents reason behind the scenes and why understanding this process is essential when unexpected behavior appears. ​You’ll learn how decisions around tools, instructions, and boundaries affect an agent’s performance, including:
