Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) is not about fitness, or pushing oneself to the limit. It is a technique based in Hatha Yoga, to find your way back into your body when life becomes overwhelming. It helps your body-mind-soul connection, your processing of the past, and your balance in day to day challenges.

What we do in class:
• Gentle Movement without physical assists,
• Breathwork to soothe the nervous system,
• Easy calming techniques to take home with you,
• Mindfulness Exercise to stay grounded within your "window of tolerance".

What level: All levels are welcome! I offer constant opportunities to modify, take a break, or change position.
This is for you, if: You want to regain/uphold a sense of body ownership, safety, and empowerment in a gentle, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space.
The class is taught by: Luna (Yoga Teacher, Reiki Therapist, Healing Arts Practitioner)

• Tap water,
• Vegan snacks.
