Job Interview Lab is a practical, interactive workshop designed to help you prepare for interviews with more clarity, confidence, and real-world insight.
Led by a former international recruiter who has interviewed, hired, and trained hiring managers across multiple countries, this workshop offers a rare opportunity to understand what actually happens on the other side of the table.
This is not another lecture about "selling yourself" or memorising perfect answers. Instead, you'll explore how interviews work from the recruiter's perspective, practice in a supportive environment, receive feedback, and learn simple techniques to manage nerves and communicate with greater confidence.
During the workshop, you'll learn:
• What recruiters and hiring managers are really looking for • What happens after you leave the interview room • Common interview mistakes and how to avoid them • How to answer challenging questions with authenticity and clarity • How body language and presence influence first impressions • Simple breathing and grounding techniques to manage interview stress
Interview Practice Lab
You'll also take part in guided mock interview exercises in pairs and small groups, giving you the chance to practice, observe, receive feedback, and learn from others.

About the facilitator
Martyna Chelinska is an Emotional Intelligence & Life Transformation Coach, former international recruiter, and workshop facilitator. Over her career, she has interviewed and hired thousands of candidates across different countries and industries, trained hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing, and supported professionals through career transitions, personal challenges, and periods of change. She combines recruitment expertise with coaching, emotional intelligence, and body-based tools to help people show up with greater confidence and authenticity.
