I’m Stacy, a beginner personal trainer, and I teach boxing 🥊
Working mostly with queers and neurodivergents, and being both myself, I realize that there’s actually a lot of us willing to learn boxing, for different reasons: self-defense, self-confidence, connect better with the body, improve memory & coordination, curiosity to try smth new…
And there’s no real space for us to train and feel safe, good, visible, matter.
So I decided to create one!
Each Wednesday at 7pm I invite you to train with me in Jardim Amalia Rodrigues (Sao Sebastião metro station).
Let’s gather and learn, meet new like-minded people, work out 💪 and feel better about ourselves each training!
No experience? Great!

Come alone or bring friends/partners
🗓️ First training August 12th, 7pm
💰 10€ (you can bring either your own boxing gloves & wraps (preferably 🙏🏼), or you can share with others some boxing gloves that I have)
or
💰 20€ with the new boxing wraps that will stay yours (but you would still need to either have your own gloves, or share some of mine with others)
*you can purchase gloves (price starts from 18€) & wraps in Decathlon nearby the meeting spot
