Find Your Balance. Every Tuesday, take time to slow down, breathe and recharge with FREE Tai Chi Tuesdays at Market City. These free 40-minute classes offer a gentle, low-impact way to improve balance, flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Tai Chi is an accessible form of exercise that can help reduce stress, improve strength and support healthy ageing. Whether you're trying Tai Chi for the first time or returning to your practice, everyone is welcome. Led by internationally recognised Tai Chi Masters Cyril Loa, Sam Ruan and Alice Dong, each session includes a gentle Qigong warm-up, traditional Yang-style Tai Chi and a guided cool down in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Session Times 12:00pm – 12:40pm 1:00pm – 1:40pm No bookings required. Simply arrive a few minutes early and join us.
