Van Lanschot Kempen is excited to invite you to our eighth Women in Tech Internship event on October 13! From all editions combined, we have had around 45 hires! Do you want to be the next one? We are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity in our workplace, recognizing that talented women in tech can provide valuable perspectives and drive innovation.
Join us to listen to inspiring talks from three female colleagues, discover the exciting projects we are working on, and connect with teams offering internship opportunities through meet and greets. Additionally, you will have the chance to network with other like-minded women in our company and gain valuable insights into the fields of Digital, Analytics & Technology.

Important: This event is specifically for women who are interested in pursuing an internship starting in February 2027 at the Digital, Advanced Analytics, Technology department at Van Lanschot Kempen. In order to be eligible for an internship with us, you must either be a current student. Internships in the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology department are 32-40 hours a week for 5-6 months.
During the previous semester, we offered internships in various roles such as Application Manager, Data Governance Application Developer, Backend Developer, IT Network, Cyber Security, Dashboard Development, Software Developer, UX Design, Digital Adoption, and Driving Data & Analytics.
Can't wait to join? Please submit your CV by September 25. We will review your application and you may be invited to complete a game-based assessment. Since there is a high level of interest in this event, we will make selections based on the fit with the available internships. We will notify you by October 3 if you have been selected to participate in the Women in Tech event.
