About the event

SOUTH WISSAHICKON VALLEY HIKE. 8 miles, moderate pace. We’ll check out Lovers Leap, the Toleration Statue, and Hermits Cave. Lunch at historic Rittenhousetown. Bring a beverage and lunch; be prepared to sit on the ground. Bathrooms at the start and finish only. Rugged terrain. Sturdy shoes are required. Not for Beginners. Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Henry Avenue and Walnut Lane parking area, Philadelphia, Pa. This hike is for members only. Your guests must also be members. Please make sure your dues are current and up to date. No pets. Inclement weather may cancel. Check Meetup for updates.
