The map is drawn from Polina's study of 924 adversarial interactions across six open-weight small language models and 21 attack categories. The session also covers the failure mode Polina says most teams miss: safety drift. A model can pass its safety tests before deployment and still get meaningfully worse once it's quantized for production.
