People come to New York carrying all kinds of missions—business trips, new challenges, busy schedules, and lives that somehow move a little faster in this city. This Saturday, we’re making room for something slower. On October 17, MISSION will be spending the day at Central Park, and you’re invited to drop by whenever it feels right. There’s no fixed starting time and no schedule you need to follow. We’ll be at Roc d’Ercé from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, waiting for you. Come at 10 for a morning coffee. Stop by around noon with something for lunch. Join us at 2, lie down on the grass, and stay for a conversation or two. Drop in for an hour or spend the whole afternoon with us—it’s entirely up to you. Bring whatever makes a picnic better for you: your favorite drink, something delicious to share, a picnic blanket, or even a book. BYOB — Bring Your Own Bottle, Bring Your Own Food. We’ll bring a few things too, find ourselves a spot by Roc d’Ercé, and enjoy the park together. In a city that moves incredibly fast, we hope this can be a few hours where nobody needs to rush anywhere. Come whenever you like. Stay as long as you like. See you in Central Park!:)
