About the event
* Weather Permitting Public Disco is a Vancouver based non-profit dedicated to transforming unconventional urban spaces into pop-up dance-floors that connect communities through shared experiences. We produce block parties, Pride celebrations, and free and ticketed music events that reimagine how public space can be used. by making music culture more visible and accessible in a city often labeled as no-fun zone, we create opportunities for people to gather, discover, and connect, whether they’re immersed in Vancouver’s underground music scene or stepping onto the dance-floor for the first time. WHERE: Public Disco returns to Vancouver Art Gallery (North Plaza) Minimum 4 members required 12 hours before the event. I will coordinate a meeting point - check the comments section prior to the event. If you cannot attend, please update your status to "not going". No shows could be banned from my future outdoor festivals, free shows and free community events
