Tuesday Meditation - In-Person

You are warmly invited to join us in North York for a special evening with representatives from the School of Sufi Teaching, Canada. This gathering offers a unique opportunity to discover Sufi meditation (muraqabah) — a living practice that awakens the heart, deepens clarity, and strengthens the connection to one's inner self.

Our session will include an introduction to the path and practices of Sufi meditation (muraqabah), followed by a silent group meditation. This is a chance to experience the stillness, energy, and insight that arise from meditation on the heart.

No prior meditation experience is needed. Newcomers and seekers from all backgrounds are welcome.

Evening Schedule:

• 7:00–7:15 PM — *Introduction to Sufi Meditation (Muraqabah)* Learn about the purpose, approach, and method of the meditation practice. • 7:15–7:45 PM — *Silent Group Meditation* A guided silent meditation to experience the transformative power of inner stillness. • 7:50–8:00 PM — *Open Q&A* A relaxed space for questions, reflections, and exploring next steps.

This group is volunteer-led, and the sessions are offered free of cost. By attending, you acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
