🕑 Arrival & Warm-Up
Please arrive on time, check in with the group organizer, and join the warm-up activities before the session begins.
🏃 Sports Session
We'll organize teams and activities depending on the sport and number of participants. The focus is on having fun, staying active, and creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of skill level.
💬 Post-Game Social
After the session, members are welcome to stay, chat, network, share fitness tips, discuss upcoming events, and get to know fellow participants.
