New Westminster Writers Group Live at the Library!

**Live at the Library is on!** Our friends in the New West Writers Group meet on the second Saturday of every month, at 12:30 pm, at the New Westminster Public Library. You are welcome to attend. Please bring your writing contribution(s) to the Ash Street Room of the New West Public Library (upstairs on the 2nd floor) on the second Saturdays of the month, 12:30 pm. The Library is located at 716 6th Avenue, New Westminster. Meetings usually last 2-3 hours but the room is booked until 4:30 pm. If you wish to have a piece critiqued, print off 4-6 copies of your piece and bring them along to the meeting to distribute to all those present so they can follow your piece as your read it out. Maximum words per piece are limited to 1,500 (though longer pieces MAY be allowed depending on the number of attendees). This piece can be a short story, an excerpt from a novel or longer work, or a maximum of 4 poems. In the interests of time, it is better to correct any syntax or spelling problems on the digital/paper copy of the writer’s work. It is **not** necessary to mention these problems in your verbal critique.
