Some conversations matter too much to avoid *but starting them well matters just as much*. Have you ever faced a difficult conversation with a colleague about feedback you know you need to give? Or perhaps you've had a disagreement with a close friend that kept getting pushed aside. When they go badly, often it's because we waited too long to speak or said things in a way that made things worse. *But avoidance has a cost*. Issues remain unresolved. Trust weakens. Decisions stall. This workshop is not about forcing yourself into every difficult conversation.
