MOAD Moves with Romina Carpio
About the event
A morning yoga session at Freedom Tower Miami combines vinyasa-inspired movement, breathwork and gentle flow inside the Knight Skylight Gallery. Taking place Saturday, October 24, MOAD Moves is led by Miami yoga instructor Romina “Romi” Carpio and is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Carpio’s teaching style blends creative transitions with strength, stability, alignment and breath-focused movement. She began practicing yoga in 2017 before completing her 200-hour teacher training.
Participants should bring their own yoga mats, as mats will not be provided. RSVP includes admission to the Freedom Tower exhibitions and galleries after class, along with complimentary parking in the Miami Dade College garage at 500 NE Second Avenue.
