Works by Liam Francis Dance Company, Kwasi Obeng-Adjai & Ambrose Tjark, and Compagnie KH

This programme is all about street dance as a form of storytelling. Artists from Canada, Nigeria, the UK, and France will perform works woven with emotion, humour and intrigue - including a heist!

Program

HEARTBEATS features dynamic street dance works layered with African, contemporary dance, and cinematic influences. Each is personal, each is heartfelt in their quest to satisfy universal human desires - intimacy and belonging, freedom to move throughout the world, fairness and justice.
