South: Empathy & AI
About the event
Join us for a casual workshop-w-no-real-work focused on enhancing relationships (with ourselves and others) through practical empathy.
I'll be there early to drink coffee, possibly eat something, get the best table, and soak up the vibe;-)
Through the lens of Practical Empathy Practice (PEP) and a toned-down Non-violent Communication (NVC), we will get to know each other while delving into topics like the following: • HOW IS EMPATHY A SUPER-POWER IN THE AI AGE? • Remove social anxiety at the root. • When conflict is necessary and how to resolve. • Obligations: Expectations; what do you "owe" anyone? • Create successful relationships. • Self-empowerment. • Self-exploration. • Authentic connection. • Or wherever the card game leads us\!
Whether you're seeking to • Navigate social anxiety\, • Parent with grace\, • Colonize Mars\, • Improve your understanding of other humans\, and/or to • Enhance your people skills\, this work/play-shop will provide practical tools and strategies. And hey, you may just meet some interesting people!
I'll bring a couple copies of the "Play to Evolve" card game we play and my book, "A Practical EmPath: Rewire Your Mind" for sale here and on Amazon. Random give-aways.
