Sunshine Every Day: Enjoying Life No Matter the Season
It can sometimes appear that happiness depends on being on holiday or having beautiful weather. Yet through Buddha’s timeless wisdom, we can learn to cultivate an inner source of happiness and enjoyment that remains steady no matter the weather.
In this two-part series, we’ll discover uplifting new ways of thinking and practical meditation techniques that empower us to develop a positive mind regardless of our external conditions, bringing more lightness, gratitude, and genuine happiness into every day, and finally every moment, of our life.
Sept 8: Keep Your Inner Sunshine Shining Learn practical methods for cultivating happiness during boring, mundane or even difficult times, and how through changing our view and intention, every day can be a positive step towards strengthening our inner light of happiness.
You can join at any time; no prior experience or special clothing is required.
Everybody welcome!
