Interested in trying out squash but don't know where to start? Or had one or two sessions in the past but want to get back into it?
Try out a group coaching taster session to try it out for yourself with a qualified squash coach!
All equipment is provided (racket and balls). You just need to turn up! Please note the session is 40 minutes long and suitable for absolute beginners of all fitness levels. There are changing rooms and showers on-site.
If you can't make this particular session, we will be looking to hold other monthly tasters in 2026. Watch this space!
SESSION STARTS AT 6.20PM PROMPT, SO PLEASE DO ARRIVE READY TO PLAY AT COURT 4 - NO LATER THAN 5-10 MINUTES BEFOREHAND.
