About the event
Usually we gather for more talkative psychology meetup events. As I’ve been missing acro yoga lately and it’s also a nice way to practice mindfulness and awareness together, I’ll host a little event for people who are interested in exploring mindful AcroYoga together. (Couldn’t find a AcroYoga community in Lisbon, feel free to share in the comments of the events though, if you know some). — Possibly we could also do some Contact Dance and/ or other similar modalities. 🧠🤸🏽♂️
This is more like a get-together, nothing specifically guided, as I’m not an expert in AcroYoga. Anybody who is more skilled with these modalities, or would just like to explore them together, is warmly welcome. ✨
Please be aware that a bit more athletic condition would be needed, especially so it’s safe for everyone involved. It would also be great if you please bring your yoga mat along and any ideas, suggestions you might have.
