This World Mental Health Day, let’s celebrate the joy of an active senior lifestyle while making a difference in the lives of others.
Join Live Share & Care for a sunset trail and support Pack2Treat’s food bazaar for 80 seniors.
Started in 2020 by a few like-minded friends, Pack2Treat began as a way to support local hawkers and seniors affected by COVID-19. Today, Live Share & Care continues this journey by bringing seniors and like-minded hikers together to support older hawkers, mom n pop stores and seniors who need both food and companionship. Every step we take is a step towards: 🌿 Better mental wellness through nature, movement and friendship. 🤝 Supporting older hawkers and their livelihoods. ❤️ Bringing food, companionship and dignity to seniors in need.
Join us for a sunset trail where every step counts.we start food Bazaar at 4 pm and end at 6pm, we continue with an easy 6.5km walk of about 90 minutes Sunset trail to MacRitchie, ending at Thomson for dinner.
Please read this: #1 – Attendance. This is a number-controlled event. Please come only if you are on the attending list. Please check your calendar and make sure you can come before RSVP, so as not to deny someone else who genuinely wishes to come. #2 – Punctuality. We will move out at 3.45pm sharp. We are not able to wait for latecomers. if late fo directly to blk 170 Lorong one near MRT directly #3 – Early Departure. Please inform the Event Host if you need to leave early. #4 – Waitlist. Please note that the waitlist may not be processed in order. We may prioritize spots for participants training for upcoming hikes/ trips. #5 – Weather. In case of severe weather conditions, we will provide an update or adjust the route accordingly.
