AI for Workplaces: Save 30 Minutes a Day and Future-Proof Your Career | My Digital Life

About the Event

AI is changing how we work — but knowing how to use it effectively makes all the difference.

AI for Workplaces is a free, volunteer-led workshop by Cognizant, designed for non-IT business professionals and senior leadership teams who want to move beyond AI awareness and into confident, practical adoption.

Through hands-on exercises, participants will discover practical ways to draft communications, organise information, conduct research, and generate ideas — using GenAI tools they already have access to, including CoPilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Simple prompting techniques are woven throughout, ensuring every participant leaves knowing how to get more out of AI from day one.

By the end of the session, participants will:

•    Save 30+ minutes daily by applying AI to routine writing, research, summarising, and decision support

•    Improve AI fluency with a measurable uplift of at least one point on a 5-point confidence scale

•    Define actionable use cases tailored to their organisation, function, and sector — ready to implement immediately

•    Build a culture of AI enablement by identifying internal champions who can sustain momentum beyond the workshop

Suitable for anyone who wants to use AI more effectively for work, learning, and career development.
