Sunday Morning Run
About the event
A weekly Sunday morning 5K run through Golden Gate Park, starting at 10am from the southeast corner of the Panhandle near the William McKinley statue. All paces are welcome, with a recommended pace range of 10-15 minutes per mile. The group meets at 10am, warms up at 10:10am, and heads out at 10:15am sharp, with optional coffee nearby afterward. If rain is forecast, a confirmation or cancellation update is sent by 9am.
