Book Club 📖
About the event
Book Club 📖 Love getting lost in a good book or looking for new recommendations? Join us for another cozy hiSeoulies Book Club afternoon! For this meeting, we’re reading two different books:
• Before the Coffee Gets Cold • Almost life
You can choose whichever one you’d like to read — there’s no need to read both. During the meetup (location will be shared soon), we’ll split into two smaller groups based on the book you chose and spend some time talking about our thoughts, favorite moments, characters, themes, and anything else that stood out to us. Afterwards, we’ll come back together to chat, exchange recommendations, and decide what we’d like to read next. 🤍 This event is perfect if: ✨ you love reading or want to get back into it ✨ you enjoy discussing books with others ✨ you're always looking for new recommendations ✨ you'd love to meet fellow book lovers and make new friends in Seoul Whether you finish the whole book or don’t quite make it to the last page, you’re still welcome to join. Bring your book, grab a drink, and let’s spend a cozy afternoon talking all things books.
What to bring
• The book you chose — Before the Coffee Gets Cold or Almost life • Any notes, highlights, or thoughts you’d like to share • Your favorite book recommendations • And most importantly, yourself and your love for reading 🤍

Photos & Community Moments During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍 If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins. We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.
