Vibe No-Coding: Live Build an AI App from Your Startup Idea (Hands-On Workshop & Free $100 Credits)
AI coding tools can build you an app in an afternoon. Describe it to Cursor, Claude Code, or Lovable, and the code appears.
The problem shows up the day after. A user hits a bug. A pricing rule needs to change. One customer's data needs to be locked down. The answer is buried in thousands of lines of code you didn't write and can't read, so every change means prompting the AI again and hoping it doesn't break something else.
At that point AI is running your product, not you.
This hands-on session from Momen is about the alternative: vibe no-coding. Vibe coding is AI on code. Vibe no-coding is AI on no-code. You describe the app you want. AI builds it — the database, the server-side logic, the permissions, the interface. But what comes out isn't a codebase. It's a visual editor: tables you can open, workflows you can follow, rules you can click and change. You didn't write it. You still own it.
What we'll cover
• Where AI coding loses you — why "it works" on day one turns into "I can't touch it" a few weeks later • Vibe coding vs. vibe no-coding — same prompt, different output: a codebase only the AI can read, or a visual editor you can read and change yourself • A live build with Momen — describe the app, and watch AI create the tables, backend workflows, and permission rules, confirming each step before it runs. Then we change the rules by hand, with no code and no re-prompting • Showcase of a real-life $1M ARR app — a real business, built and still run by founders with no technical background. How the app is structured, and how they keep it under control

Yaokai Jiang is the Founder & CEO of Momen.app, with 15 years of experience as a backend engineer. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. He brings both a deep technical background and a practical startup perspective.
