St-Pius Culinary Institute located on Papineau Street in Montreal, is the home to aspiring chefs learning the nooks and crannies of the cooking world. This culinary institute has quickly gained notoriety for serving some excellent Mediterranean cuisine dishes all for a very reasonable price!

House-Cured Gravlax Atlantic salmon, cured with fresh herbs and citrus, served on toasted brioche with whipped herb cream cheese – Beef Carpaccio Thinly sliced prime beef, extra virgin olive oil, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, capers, and arugula – Roman Salad Crisp romaine hearts, feta cheese, green onions, and fresh dill finished with a bright citrus vinaigrette
